Tim has over 36 years of experience in the medical industry. His career began at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in June 1989, where he started as an orderly in surgery and quickly advanced through multiple positions. While continuing his work at St. Joseph, Tim also held a second position at Holy Cross Living Center as a QMRP (Qualified Mental Retardation Professional) for the State of Indiana.

Throughout his early career, Tim built a personal brand centered on exceptional patient care, earning numerous awards and recognition for his compassion and integrity. His dedication and genuine love for people led him to new opportunities with Stryker and later Smith & Nephew Orthopedics, where he served as a head distributor for Indiana and Northern Kentucky. In these roles, Tim developed strong partnerships with physicians, administrators, and medical centers—relationships that ultimately led to the acquisition of his distributorship in 2009.

Drawing on his extensive experience, Tim transitioned into medical consulting, where he played a key role in developing and launching multiple companies, including physician-owned pharmacies, hospitals, and surgery centers. He also helped several organizations establish national distribution models to expand their market reach.

In 2009, Tim’s journey took a personal turn when he was diagnosed with diabetes. After receiving traditional, westernized care, he recognized a critical need for more effective and compassionate diabetes management in the United States. This realization inspired him to write a business plan focused on improving diabetes education and care—leading to the creation of U.S. Diabetes Care.

Tim firmly believes that U.S. Diabetes Care represents a paradigm shift in how medicine will be delivered to those living with diabetes. His mission is grounded in love, hope, and family—empowering patients to take control of their health through education, one life at a time.
